  READ THIS.... I want to be the negative one who is critical of everything that could be done better but I cant. I don't like the location or traffic near by but that is where my complaints end. I went in two times last Saturday. On my first visit there was no one in the place and i got question answered right away. I was waiting for a problem but instead the people were straight facts. I was confusing but very clearly explained. I left, sat in my car talked to my wife. I was confused. There was a better way to do things and the choice was fairly clear. I came back in and purchased 5 lines with the promotional plan, new phones, service etc. Went through a ton of question to get it all done. In the end it seems to be great. Sprint should be aware that the waiting is challenging but their STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. A hardened heart, sure but the two men who help my family and I are blessing. They have earned every bit of business and support. Thank you. RM
